The Cooke County Electric Charitable Foundation Board of Directors proudly presented organizational grants to nineteen very worthy local institutions on Thursday, July 20, at a reception held at Cooke County Electric Cooperative. The following organizations exemplify the mission statement of CCECF, to accumulate and disburse funds to individuals and organizations for public safety, health needs, self-sufficiency, basic human needs, and cultural environment.
This year, CCECF received twenty-five grant requests and generously disbursed $78,535.00 in funding to the following institutions.

North Texas Society of History and Culture

CCECF was formed as a catalyst to distribute funds generated front the Cooke County Electric Cooperative Association Operation Round up program. The collected “rounded up” pennies from members monthly bills are used to assist members in the CCECA service area.
